Reporting
Once you begin advertising through the Citrus / BWS system, you will be provided with a rich set of real time analytics for your campaigns and for each product within the campaign. As explained in earlier articles, the first page of reporting is the dashboard which contains aggregated key performance indicators about all of your campaigns. In order to view more detailed reports about your campaigns, click on the "campaigns" tab in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Campaign Reports
The first set of reports you will see on the campaigns page will be a line graph that illustrates the number of combined sales that your campaigns have generated by day. The timeline of this graph can be altered to the last 7 days, last 30 days, last year, YTD, by a particular month or you can set a specific date range. Whichever time setting you choose will also update the data in the four KPI boxes underneath the line graph.
Campaigns Overview
The first visible reporting tab is a list of all campaigns and the various performance metrics that the system records. At the top of the table you can see each of the metrics recorded in dark grey and underneath that is the totals tab in light grey. All of the numbers in this table will reflect the date range that has been chosen in the setting above the line graph (in the above step). You can sort high to low of any of the columns by clicking on the title of the metric you wish to sort by
Exporting your Data
If you wish to download the data into a spreadsheet, you can do so easily by clicking the "export csv button"
History Overview
The third and last reporting tab is the "history" tab which illustrates the performance of all of your campaigns by each 24 hour period. This information is particularly useful to understand seasonal trends as well as any A/B testing you might be performing
